Privacy Notice

• Account basics: display name, email and account type.
• Accumulation reports: snow depth, an automatic timestamp and an approximate location.
• Listings: the address or area you post, your offered price, equipment class and description.
• Contact details attached to a listing, which stay hidden until a worker spends a token.

Device location is used to centre your map, to place your depth report and to enforce the 1.5 km junior safety radius. Report pins are placed at an approximate point, not a precise address. You can decline location access and still use the board.

Phone numbers, emails, links and messaging handles typed into public descriptions are automatically detected and masked so contact details are not scraped from open listings. Do not rely on masking alone — keep personal details out of public text.

• We do not sell your contact details.
• We do not publish a minor's exact address or precise live position.
• We do not store card numbers — checkout is handled by our payment processor.

Depth reports age out of the live map and are kept in aggregate for storm history. Listings are removed when the poster confirms completion. To have your account, a listing or a report deleted, use the in-app report control or contact the operator of this site.
